I am again performing with the Portland Percussion Group at the awesome Makrokosmos Project this year, and I'm especially excited to be featured as a composer this year along with music by George Crumb, Anders Koppel, Steve Reich, and Juri Seo! 

Curated and led by the incredible Duo Stephanie and Saar, Makrokosmos Project is always an inspiring evening of contemporary music in great spaces. The concert this year is on Thursday, June 27 at Redd on Salmon at 831 SE Salmon St. in Portland. The evening starts at 5 and will go until about 10pm. 

My set which includes Music for Pieces of Wood by Steve Reich, and my composition, Kangaroopak Sardha, for hand drums, begins at 5pm as does the cocktail hour! Admission is only $10 and all advance sales go to support charities and non-profits.
